MACON — Joseph Anderson, 66, died Jan. 10, 2019, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Jackson. Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Paul U.M. Church with the Rev. R.C. Brown officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday at Lee-Sykes Funeral Home and one hour prior to services at the church. Lee-Sykes Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Anderson was born Dec. 18, 1953, in Noxubee County, to the late Priscilla Williams Anderson and Joseph Anderson Sr. He was a graduate of Noxubee County High School and was formerly employed as a painter. He was a member of St. Paul U.M. Church. In addition to his parents, he as preceded in death by his brother, David Anderson; and sister, Pearlie Kidgner. He is survived by his son, Tony Duck of Washington; sisters, Maggie Doyle of Chicago, Illinois and Marie Cotton of Lansing; and brother, JOhnnie “Jack” Anderson of Macon. Pallbearers will be Von Hodges, Perry Windham, Robert Windham, Montez Windham, Jaquantis Windham and Tim Ivy.
