SULLIGENT, Ala. — Edna Austin Gosa, 95, died July 7, 2018, at Sunset Manor Nursing Home in Guin, Alabama. Services will be at 11 a.m. today at Otts Funeral Home Chapel with Bobby Joe Dupree officiating. Burial will follow at Crews Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home. Otts Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Gosa was born June 4, 1923, in Lamar County, to the late Marin Powell Austin and Beulah White. She attended Lamar County Schools. She was a homemaker and a member of Crews Methodist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Frances Gosa; sons, Kenneth Gosa and Steve Gosa; daughters, Brenda Parker and Becky Burch; and one grandchild. She is survived by her son, Tim Gosa of Columbus; daughters, Rita Griffin of Columbus and Sandra Otts and Helen Campbell, both of Sulligent; 13 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Tyler Graham, Blake Graham, Gabe Allred, Keith Parker and Jeff Gosa.
